condition within 10 days after receipt. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay
the return shipping cost.

return and we'll get back to you ASAP. You must first contact us to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RA) before sending your item(s) back. Failure to obtain an RA
Number before returning your item(s) will cause additional cost and delay.
Warranty:
PicnicTime products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for the life of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used for the
purpose intended, and does not apply to damaged caused by typical wear and tear,
unreasonable use, or neglect. If any product is defective due to workmanship or
materials, PicnicTime will, at their option, repair or replace the product free of charge.
This constitutes the entire warranty of The Picnic Basket Outlet and is in lieu of all others,
expressed or implied. The Picnic Basket Outlet is not responsible for consequential
damages of any nature.
